Through her signature approach, Christina partners with founders to align strategy with execution, drive growth, and build operational excellence from the inside out. Her work centers around four pillars: breaking barriers to solve complex challenges, empowering leadership, driving scalable growth, and turning business intelligence into results.
Christina is known for her rare ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and tactical execution. With a sharp analytical mind, deep emotional intelligence, and an unshakable presence in high-stakes environments, she has become a trusted operator to founders navigating complex transitions and fast-growth chapters. Whether leading from the front or working behind the scenes, Christina brings clarity, calm, and brilliance to the businesses she supports — consistently turning pressure into progress.
Prior to launching North Stone Strategic Advisors, Christina built a strong foundation in wealth management and executive operations. She most recently served as Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Chief of Staff at Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG), where she led investment strategy, business development, and operational execution for one of the firm’s top growth teams. Under her leadership, the team doubled its book of business in under a year and was recognized among the fastest-growing within the firm. In 2024, Christina was honored by InvestmentNews as one of the Best Wealth Managers & Advisors Under 40 | Rising Stars in the U.S.
Christina began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2019, quickly advancing into a leadership role and discovering her passion for solving strategic challenges, creating scalable systems, and working side-by-side with high-performing executives. Her experience in high-growth, high-stakes environments shaped the foundation for the work she now leads as a Fractional Chief of Staff.
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Christina earned both her Bachelor’s in Business Information and Analytics (cum laude, 2020) and her Master’s in Applied Quantitative Finance (2021) from the University of Denver. She’s deeply passionate about mentorship, next-gen development, and creating space for women to lead boldly in business. Outside of work, you’ll find her teaching dance to students, mentoring women in business, exploring the mountains, and finding opportunities to be close to the ocean.
