Christina Skipper is one of the smartest and most amazing people I know. As our fractional Chief of Staff, she has kept us grounded to focus on what matters and not get loss or frustrated with the multiple tasks that needed to be done in a specific time frame . Her organization skills are invaluable. What would have taken us months or even a year, she helped us complete in less than a month. I can only imagine what she will do with us throughout the year!! 

Without her, we would not have the checks and balance systems in place that are so vital to launch a new company.  Through her guidance we create our Brand, Website, mission Statement, Defined out roles and responsibilities and much more than we could have accomplished on our own.

We would have been going through the motions and reacting to each day and instead we have an organization that each person knows exactly what their responsibilities are so we can best serve our clients. 

When it came to the budget , Christina,  gave us our tasks and then she quickly organized our budget for today and forecasted the budget for the future. (WHAT A RELIEF THAT GAVE ME!)

Christina is also a very funny, Caring person . When things would get stressful, she has a calming way about her that would bring us back to earth and get our energy aligned positively in a just a few minutes. That is a gift that money can’t buy. I would recommend Christina Skipper to any company that has a desire to grow, clean up your processes and be well defined and organized, especially if you desire positive Energy in the work environment. She will lead your company to Success.
